Do customers have to download an app?
No. Your app works in the browser: customers scan the QR or open the link and order right away, on any phone. No store, no installation.
Can I try everything before opening to customers?
Yes, in two ways: the simulator in the panel shows the app exactly as customers will see it, and after publishing you can place a full test order (excluded from counts and statistics).
How much does it cost?
You'll find up-to-date plans and prices in the Plan section of the panel. You start free, and upgrade only when your numbers ask for it.
How am I notified of a new order?
In real time, with a ring, in the panel and in the Mobee Manager app (recommended: keep it open on your venue's phone or tablet). With a Sunmi printer, the ticket also prints automatically.
I made a mistake in my company details, how do I fix them?
If your profile is already complete, the details are locked (they end up in legal documents): write to us via "Need help?" and we'll fix them same day.
Can I close for holidays?
Yes: "Close business" stops orders and shows customers a message; reopening takes one click. See the "Closing temporarily" article.
A dish is sold out, how do I remove it on the fly?
From the Mobee Manager app or the panel: availability toggle on the product, it disappears from the customer app immediately. Switch it back when it returns.
The customer made a wrong order, can I cancel it?
Yes, from the order detail: the customer gets notified and any points are reversed. For orders paid online, contact us for the refund.
Can I use my own domain instead of mobeeapp.it?
Yes, on paid plans: see the "Using your own domain" article.
Can I have my app on the App Store and Google Play?
Yes, on paid plans: you fill in the listing (Mobee AI writes the texts for you), we handle the rest — preparation, submission and store review. Once the app is published, push notifications unlock too. See "Your app on the stores".
