Customers, points and loyalty rewards

Whoever orders from your app becomes a registered customer: the Customers section is your address book, and the loyalty program is the reason they come back.

The Customers section

For each customer you see:

  • contact details and full order history;
  • their loyalty points balance, with movements;
  • the option to export the list as CSV (for example for your newsletter, respecting consents).

If a customer exercises their right to be forgotten, their data shows as anonymized: that's normal privacy handling, not an error.

Loyalty points

Customers earn points with every order, proportional to what they spend. The program can be switched on/off from settings; you can also manually adjust a customer's balance (as a tracked movement — handy to make up for a hiccup with a goodwill gesture).

Rewards (Fidelity module or Standard plan)

With the Rewards catalog you give points a goal:

  1. You create a reward (e.g. "Free pizza — 100 points");
  2. The customer sees it in the app and redeems it with their points;
  3. The discount applies automatically to their next order: no codes to remember.

You can switch a reward off at any time (customers who already redeemed it keep it).

Tips

  • Simple, reachable rewards work better than huge, distant ones;
  • A low-threshold welcome reward drives the second order — the one that turns a passer-by into a regular.
