Once your venue is set up, take your app online with one click — and pause it just as easily.

The "Publish app" button

You'll find it at the top of the panel. Before publishing, Mobee runs some checks:

  • at least one active sales channel;
  • opening hours set;
  • at least one active category with products;
  • legal documents accepted (your app's privacy policy and terms);
  • company details complete (business name, VAT number…).

If something's missing, the checklist tells you point by point, with a button taking you straight to the section to fix. When everything's green, publishing is instant.

A note on company details: once saved complete they become locked (they're used in fiscal and legal documents). To correct them later, contact support via "Need help?": we'll do it for you.

Your address and QR code

Your app is reachable at:

https://your-name.mobeeapp.it

From the panel you download the QR code: print it on tables, in your window, on flyers. Customers scan it and order from the browser — nothing to install.

Pausing

With Unpublish app the app goes offline (customers see a courtesy message); your address and QR stay yours and republishing is one click. Useful for renovations or long breaks.

For a short closure (holidays, an emergency) you don't need to unpublish: use "Close business" with a message for your customers — the app stays online but doesn't accept orders.

What about the stores?

What you publish here is the web app: instantly online, no approval waits. On paid plans you can additionally have your native app on the App Store and Google Play: the process is assisted and we handle the technical side — see the "Your app on the stores" article.

After publishing

Follow the launch guide on your dashboard: photos, zones, team members, a test order. And share your link everywhere: Google Business, Instagram, WhatsApp.
