The hours you set apply per channel (pickup, delivery): from those, Mobee
automatically generates the **time slots** customers choose from when ordering.

## Setting your hours

Go to **Hours** (or the "Selling & hours" step of the wizard):

1. For each day, enable your opening windows (you can have more than one: e.g. lunch
   12:00–2:30pm and dinner 7:00–10:30pm);
2. Each window applies to the channels you pick — you can do delivery only in the
   evening and pickup all day;
3. Each day is independent: if you remove a slot from Tuesday, the other days stay as
   they are.

## What the customer sees

Customers don't see "7:00–7:30pm": they see **the time they'll receive the order**
(e.g. "7:15pm"). They pick the time in the cart and your kitchen plans accordingly.

## Minimum notice and pre-orders

- **Minimum order notice**: how far in advance an order must arrive (for example:
  orders for 12:00 accepted up to 15 minutes before). You set it.
- **Orders open from**: if you want, open ordering in the morning for evening slots —
  customers can **pre-order** for any future slot of the day.

## Full slot or closed day

- If a day is closed, customers see no slots for that day;
- On paid plans you can set an **order limit per slot**: when it's full, it
  disappears from the customer's choices (no overloaded kitchen).

## Paid plans

On paid plans you get the **advanced editor**: reusable slot groups, per-slot
duration and capacity, scheduled closures (holidays). If you edit or delete a slot
that already has active orders, Mobee warns you before proceeding.
