Beyond the web app, on **paid plans** you can have **your own native app with your
name and logo**, downloadable from the App Store and Google Play. Plus, once the app
is published, **push notifications** to your customers activate.

## How to request it

You'll find the path in **Settings** (or as the last step of the launch guide, once
your web app is live). You fill in the **store listing**:

- **App name** (max 30 characters — Apple's limit), subtitle, short and full
  description, keywords;
- **support email** and, optionally, free-form notes for our team.

Don't start from a blank page: **Mobee AI generates all the texts** from your menu
and your story (1 credit) — you review, tweak and save.

## What you DON'T have to do

- **Icon and artwork** derive from your theme and logo (Appearance section);
- **We produce the screenshots**;
- The **technical publishing** on the stores — accounts, builds, submission — is a
  process we handle end to end.

## After submitting

Once you press "Submit", the listing locks and the process starts. Follow the status
from the page (and from the icon at the top of the panel):

1. **In preparation** — the team prepares the app and materials;
2. **Sent to the stores** — delivered to Apple and Google;
3. **In review** — the stores examine it;
4. **Published** — downloadable, and push notifications activate.

You receive an **email at the key steps**: taken in charge, any changes requested,
publication.

## "Changes requested"

Apple's and Google's reviews sometimes ask for adjustments: in that case the listing
becomes **editable again**, with a **note explaining what to fix**. You correct and
resubmit: the process resumes from there. It's normal, it happens — no alarm.

## How long does it take?

Preparation is quick; **review times belong to the stores**, not to us: usually a few
business days, and the **first publication is the longest**. We keep you posted —
no need to ask.

## What about the web app?

It stays and keeps working: links and QR codes already out there don't change. The
store app **adds to it**, it doesn't replace it.
